Why is it IIIA "+" level?

Because we used not only .44 Magnum ammunition in our test, but also 7.62*25 ammunition with stronger penetration. Normally, this ammunition can penetrate the IIIA level bulletproof plate. We have strengthened its material and thickness to ensure that the plate can resist the stronger 7.62*25 ammunition with only 650 grams! Therefore, its bulletproof ability exceeds the IIIA level of the US standard NIJ standard!
